Favorite quote ever. I am a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars. Therefore I treat my body with care, and cause no self-inflicting pain on it. With all that goes on around me (drugs, depression, sex, alcohol, gangs) I have a sense of ….. serenity when it comes to important decisions like that. With all these harmful things happening to my friends and family, I feel like a rock. The rock that supports a lighthouse. And when I have a family, I want to be that light from the lighthouse, that gives them hope.
